Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These terms of service form the agreement between you and SiChatApp for the chat at sichatapp.com (the “Service”). The Service is an SI chat — SI stands for super intelligence, formerly called AI — that answers your messages with language models running on Cloudflare. By sending a message, with or without an account, you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old. Guests can chat without registering. An account is created when you sign in with Google or with a one-time link emailed to you, and you are responsible for activity under your account, so keep your email and Google login secure. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at support@sichatapp.com.
2. Free messages and limits
- Free models can be used for 10 messages a day as a guest and 40 a day when signed in. The allowance resets at midnight UTC and does not roll over.
- A guest allowance is tracked per network connection through a hashed identifier, not per person.
- Single messages are limited to 8,000 characters, and sending around 20 messages a minute triggers a short pause.
- We may change these limits to keep the Service fair and available, and we show the current numbers in the chat.
3. Credits and premium models
- Premium models require an account and are paid in credits, based on the tokens each message reads and writes, including the model’s hidden reasoning. The usual price is shown beside each model, and the exact cost appears under every reply.
- Before a reply starts, its maximum possible cost is held from your balance; once it ends, the actual price is charged and the remainder is returned automatically. Every premium reply costs at least one credit.
- Pressing Stop only ends the stream in your browser. It does not cancel the reply on our side, so it does not reduce the charge for that message.
- Credits are sold in one-time packs with no subscription. They stay valid while your account is open, cannot be transferred or sold, and have no cash value except as set out in our refund policy.
- Sign-up credits are for new accounts created with Google, one per person. Bonus and gift credits obtained with duplicate or fake accounts may be removed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service, and not to help anyone else use it, to:
- create or request content that is illegal where you live or that facilitates crime;
- produce sexual content involving minors in any form;
- harass, threaten, stalk or demean people, or promote hatred, violence or self-harm;
- write malware, phishing pages or tools for breaking into systems you have no permission to test;
- try to extract other users’ data, read other people’s chats, or probe our systems for weaknesses;
- get around our limits, for example by rotating accounts or network addresses to multiply free messages;
- scrape the Service, run bots against it, use the free tier in bulk or resell access to it.
We may block messages, suspend accounts or remove credits obtained in breach of these terms of service.
5. Automated moderation
Each message is screened by an automated moderation model before it reaches the chat model, and the chat models apply safety rules of their own. A blocked message is never charged. The filter can make mistakes in both directions, and if it is briefly unavailable messages pass through unscreened, so it does not replace your own responsibility under these terms of service. If you believe a message was blocked wrongly, email us and a person will review it.
6. Answers can be wrong
Language models predict text; they do not know whether it is true. Replies can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, can cite sources that do not exist and can contain code that fails. Nothing in the chat is medical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it should not be the only basis for decisions about your health, money, rights or safety. Check important facts with a qualified person or a reliable source. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
7. Do not share sensitive information
Do not paste passwords, API keys, private keys, payment card numbers, identity documents, health records or private information about others. Our privacy policy explains what is stored and for how long.
8. Your inputs and the outputs
You keep all rights you have in the messages you write. You may use the replies you receive for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, and we claim no ownership of them. Models may give the same or very similar answers to other people, so outputs are not exclusive to you, and in some countries machine-written text may not be protected by copyright. Before you publish an output, check that it does not copy someone else’s work.
You allow us to process your messages only as needed to run the Service: to screen them, send them to the model, show the replies and, for signed-in users, store them in your chats. We do not train models on your chats.
9. Models may change
All chat models run on Cloudflare Workers AI. Model names are trademarks of their owners and identify the technology only; SiChatApp is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. We may add, update, reprice, rename or retire models at any time. Chats you saved remain readable after a model is retired, but new messages will need another model.
10. Payments
Prices are in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe through our payment gateway. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. Per-message rates follow the list prices our infrastructure provider charges us, so they may change; credits you already hold keep their value, and the cost shown under a reply is exactly what was taken.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the chat online but cannot promise it will always be available or that every model will answer. A model may be busy, slow or offline. When a reply cannot start, or produces nothing, no credits are charged and free messages are returned.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. SiChatApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms of service limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you send to the chat and for how you use the replies. If someone brings a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms of service, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, as far as the law allows.
14. Suspension and ending the agreement
You may stop using the Service whenever you like and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms of service, or where the law requires it. If we shut the Service down for any other reason, we will give reasonable notice and refund credits you paid for but did not use.
15. Updates to these terms of service
We may revise these terms of service as the product grows. For a material change, we will tell signed-in users on the site or by email before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the revised version.
16. General
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remainder still applies. Together with our privacy policy and refund policy, these terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it, and you may not transfer your account or credits without our written consent. Prices are listed on the SI chat pricing page, and you can open the chat app or the SiChatApp home page at any time.
